I’m afraid that it appears that you have a (very common) misconception about Wikipedia. Where there may be compatibility problems (because the version of Camera Raw for the version of Photoshop you are using is unable to interpret the Lightroom settings), you can always choose the “Render Using Lightroom” option to override the default Lightroom behavior.
